Lemon Coconut Bliss Balls

Coconut Lemon Bliss BallsINGREDIENTS:

1 cup ground almonds
2 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
1 whole large lemon (juice and zest)
2 tbsp raw honey
2 cups organic dessicated coconut
4 tbsp coconut oil
Pinch Himalayan Salt
Extra Coconut to roll balls in

METHOD:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or mix well in a bowl if you don’t have a food processor.

Roll into bite sized balls

Roll balls into coconut

Keep in freezer to enjoy when you’re feeling like a sweet treat!
