Organic Black Bean Patties

The tastiest ever patties that you won’t be able to stop at one!

Organic Black Bean Patties

Ingredients:

1 Can of Organic Black Beans drained

1 medium Sweet Potato diced

1 Brown Onion diced

1 large carrot grated

1 cup of cooked Brown Rice

1 handful of baby spinach chopped

1 sml handful of fresh coriander chopped

2 tbspn of Tahini

1 tspn of curry powder

4 cloves garlic crushed

1/2 tspn Sea Salt

Sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper

2 tbspns Olive Oil

 

Combine Black Beans and Sweet Potato in a large bowl then add all other ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon. Form patties in your hands – makes about 10 – 12 patties. You can either bake them slowly in the oven or roll them in flour ( I use Tapioca Flour) and cook them in a frypan with either Olive Oil or Coconut Oil. Served with a light salad.
